Nashik is located approximately 2,000 feet above sea level, to the north of Mumbai, in the Western Ghats mountains. Similar in climate to the Loire and South Africa. Deep purple colour, spices and smokiness on the nose followed by blackberries and black pepper on the palate. Hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and jammy fruit characters. Medium bodied with round tannins.
