Founded by Adriano Ramos Pinto in 1880, Casa Ramos Pinto has an illustrious history. The winery was initially used to make wines headed only for South America, Brazil in particular, it soon became known around Europe for its high-quality wines. Today, Ramos Pinto is part of the prestigious Roederer Group, famous for their champagnes, particularly the esteemed Cristal Champagne. This is a blend of three-year-old wines which seeks to sustain the development of its red colour, maintaining the fruity aroma and vigour of young wines.A dense red colour that is more intense than that of Tawny Port. Lively and intense. Strong, fruity aromas characteristic of its grape varieties:primary aromas such as cherry, blackberry, plum and raspberry, with a hint of cinnamon. It has a rather voluminous attack due to its exuberance and amount of fruitiness. Through the retro nasal passage, we become aware of its aromatic purity coming from the aromas of the grapes. A long, compact finish.
