Blanc de Blancs:
Exclusively made of Chardonnay grapes, this wine is also known as “the Lace of Champagne” because of its very fine and persistent white mousse. Aged for four years sur lie, then ten months further ageing after disgorgement. The delicacy of the bubbles helps to tame the naturally mineral Grands Crus to offer a sensation that is both creamy and lively.
Blanc de Noirs:
Pressed entirely from Pinot Noir grapes from four Grand Crus:Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy & Bouzy.
Bright gold with copper flecks; a fine and active effervescence. Lively and velvety on the nose, with red rose petals, Bigarreau cherries combined with pink grapefruit and Timut pepper. The chiselled and chalk structure found on the nose is echoed on the palate. A striking and mouth-watering attack, where the salinity and delicacy of the fruit intertwine in an umami sensation, which calls for food. The good length is testament to the faithfulness of this wine to its terroir.
