Argentina | Mendoza | Black Fruits, Medium Bodied | Malbec |
Valentin Bianchi was born in Italy in 1887. When he was 23, he left the small town of Fasano and travelled to Argentina, more precisely to San Rafael, Mendoza. Don Valentin, an educated man, a teacher by profession and a person with a solid entrepreneurial spirit, began his life project in Mendoza. In 1928, he fulfilled one of his greatest dreams:to have his own vineyard and winery which he called El Chiche, "the small winery of great wines". Don Valentín's tireless vocation was forging a family winery whose name would become a true heritage of Argentina:Bodegas Bianchi. This is an intense, ripe Malbec, with a sweet entry in the mouth, fleshy, with very good structure and complexity and balanced acidity, which allows the expression of its exquisite freshness, round and sweet tannins, harmonious and balanced wine. Its ageing in French oak barrels of different uses adds volume and structure. A wine that can be enjoyed today but with exceptional ageing potential.
