100% Macabeo grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain and the wider region of Aragon. After chilling the must, a short period of skin contact is followed by long slow fermentation at controlled temperature at between 22º and 26ºC in stainless steel tanks. A ripe, fruity and refreshing white from the Campo de Borja region of north-eastern Spain. The elevated vineyards aid in the retention of freshness and drinkability. Gentle aromatics and ripe citrus fruit flavours with a clean, fresh finish.
